Application for Admission
  1. 申請者可於2023年9月1日早上9時至2023年11月10日下午11時期間遞交申請表格（網上填寫或親臨本校）。
    Applicants are advised to submit the applications from 2023-09-01, {Friday} (09:00) to 2023-11-10, {Friday} (23:59).
  2. 報名費用:港幣40元正(現金)（不獲退回及不可轉讓），於辦公時間內親臨本園遞交。
    Application Fee: $40(Cash) (Non-refundable and Non-transferable). Please submit the application fee during office hour.
  3. 網上報名過程中家長只須上載學生証件相、出世紙/居港證件、針紙、天主教領洗證書(如適用)。
    Only Personal Photo,Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, Baptismal Certificate(if applicable)。
  4. 遞交報名費時一併交回以下文件:出世紙/居港證件正本、針紙正本，天主教領洗證書正本(如適用)及回郵信封2個(必須貼上郵票($2.2)並填上學生姓名及地址)。Please submit Original of Birth Certificate/ Residence Permit , Immunization Card, Baptismal Certificate(if applicable) and  2 returned envelopes with $2.2postage fee when you pay the application fee.
  5. 報名後如有任何資料需要更正或後補（例如附件），可於2023年11月10日前遞交。
    Please submit other document before 2023-11-10.
